Gain access to over 6,000 engineering students within the UIC College of Engineering at our Technology & Engineering Career Fairs! Come to UIC to recruit from all our technology and engineering majors with freshmen to PhD candidates for internships, co-ops, and full-time positions.

10:00am – doors open for employer check-in and set-up, parking validation provided. Light breakfast and coffee available on the second floor
11:00am – lunch available for employers until 2:00pm on second floor
12:00pm – doors open for students and the fair begins through 4:30pm
2:00pm – lunch ends for employers
4:30pm – fair ends for employers and students
If shipping items back to your company:
Complete and attach prepaid mailing paperwork to the items to be shipped
Securely pack and clearly label items
Bring items to the employer check-in table at the back of the fair. We have student volunteers who can assist.
Make arrangements with FedEx or UPS to have your containers and boxes picked up on Monday, February 9, 2026

- On-campus interviews can begin on Thursday, February 5, 2026 through late March. Dates will be mutually agreed upon by the employer and the Engineering Career Center.
- Cost: $100, which includes one interview room, parking, and wifi. This can be paid for when completing your career fair registration. Please contact us if you would like more than one interview room.
Refund policy
Career Fair Registration: A refund, minus the $50 refund fee will be provided if a cancellation is received on or before the deadline Wednesday, January 28, 2026. All registrations become final after this date.
Branding Opportunities: Refunds can only be issued for logos that have not been implemented.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by events that are outside of our control.

Ship supplies, materials, banners, etc., to the UIC Engineering Career Center before the event. Your containers and boxes need to be received no later than the deadline Friday, January 30, 2026. All materials will be transported to the UIC Forum from the career center. Please do not send any materials directly to the UIC Forum.

RETURN SHIPPING: FedEx and UPS
If you plan to leave your containers and boxes at UIC to be shipped after the event, please follow these steps:
- Complete and attach prepaid mailing paperwork to the items to be shipped
- Securely pack and clearly label items
- Bring items to the employer check-in table at the back of the fair. We have student volunteers who can assist.
- Make arrangements with FedEx or UPS to have your containers and boxes picked up beginning on Monday, February 9, 2026.
